Terms and Conditions.
 Booking is defined as an advance non-refundable deposit equal to one day’s rent that is needed to complete the reservation. This prepayment is included to the total amount and the payment will be included to the final cost calculation. Only after receipt of deposit you will get confirmation of the chosen apartment. Any replacement of flats is not possible. Before your arrival, you’ll get the exact address of the apartment and if necessary, other additional information. If you do not arrive, the deposit will not be returned. Reservation dates are not shifted. On the day of arrival, you must pay the full cost of the booked apartment minus the prepaid rent. Changing of apartment is possible only the next day (subject to availability of apartments). It is advisable to book an apartment at least 7-15 days before your arrival. Booking an apartment for one day is not possible. In the event you need only one day, placement takes place, on arrival, to one of the vacant flats.

If you want to make changes to the date of your check-in, you should report it not later than 5 days before your arrival.

All reservations are accepted only by e-mail or by the form (see right).

If you do not know you will need our services before the day of your arrival, please contact us on the day of your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you in one of the vacant apartments. If you change your plans the deposit won’t be returned.

   How to order?
 1. Choose the desired apartment using the photo and then e-mail or use the form link on the right of this page.
2. We confirm your choice and send you information about methods of payment.
3. You transfer advance payment (deposit equal to one day’s rent ).
4. We will send you a confirmation of the order, apartment address and other information.

If the chosen apartment is not available for an order on specified date, we will offer you other apartments.

Reservation is valid only if you have made a pre-payment.

Changing of a flat is only possible in case of emergency (lack of water, electricity, flats transferred to long term rental, etc. (It can happen very rarely, 1-2 cases a year). In this case, we will provide you another good apartment.

How to Pay?

- You rent the whole apartment, not just one bed.
The cost of renting an apartment includes:
- bed-clothes, towels, home appliances, kitchen equipment;
- Cleaning of the accommodation with changing of bedding and towels once a week at convenient for you time;
- Hot and cold water, heating;
- Taxes;
- The fee for our services.


Check -in and check-out:
- Check-in at 1 p.m. (13:00), check-out - at 12:00a.m.
Sometimes if we have a possibility, we can check you in you a bit earlier than the estimated time and check-out a bit later.

Pets:
Keeping pets in all apartments is forbidden.
